TIME AND POLICY OF DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

  • Apply to all orders nationwide
  • In Ho Chi Minh City, deliver within 24 hours from 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00 p.m. ( Except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
  • Out of Ho Chi Minh City, deliver from 2 to 5 days
  • When receiving goods, please confirm with the delivery staff and check the quantity and type of goods.
  • Please keep purchase invoices for comparison.
CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE AND RETURN
  • Customers still keep purchase invoices
  • The products must the same ones purchased as per the order
  • Products remain intact boxes, stamps, labels, no signs of use
  • In case customers have opened the package and found out there is a manufacturing error, the customers should take a photo and call the hotline 028 3847 6670 for instructions.
CASES OF CHANGE AND RETURNE
  • Products have incorrect specification due to manufacturer's fault (insufficient quantity, inconsistent color, etc.)
  • Return products which are different from the order 
  • Products’ external conditions are affected such as: Distorted, torn, scratched packaging, wet ... due to transportation (collectively, broken box)
  • In case the products to be changed are out of stock, customers can change other products with the same usage and ingredients (refund money for the difference)
  • Products are expired before or on the date they are delivered to the customers
IN CASE OF UNACCEPTED CHANGE AND RETURN:
  • Customers change types and models of products
  • No invoice/ lost invoice
  • Products with openings, torn package, and broken seal 
  • Customers’ incorrect storage, leading to product damage
TIME OF CHANGE AND RETURN:
Within 3 days from receiving, if the products are defective according to the above conditions, the customer may return or request to exchange another product of equivalent value in the following order.
  • Call to inform  Alter Pharma Co., Ltd about the change of goods (specific status of the products)

The company checks the customers’ feedback about the products, if the above conditions are met, the company will contact and change goods as soon as it receives the returned products from customers.
After 3 days from receiving, the order is by default completed and no return is accepted.
